How do you form a relationship ?

If all your relationships have ended badly or if it is difficult to get on with colleagues at work, then perhaps it is time to explore your relational pattern.

By that, I mean the way you enter and form a relationship. How do you make yourself safe in a relationship and what behaviours did you learn from your carers and environment?

Improving your relationships with others start with exploring your first relationships, those you learnt from your parents or caregivers.

Therapy will help you understand your unconscious relational pattern and will give you the emotional capacity to assert your voice. Ultimately, therapy will help you develop a secure and healthy relationship with yourself that will allow you to create meaningful and nurturing relationships with others.
